With eleven artists in the house, set up is quite a complex logistical adventure, but it’s almost all done thanks to the cooperation and teamwork of our wonderful guest artists. The house–or ground floor at least–has now ceased to feel and function as a house any more, and we have decamped upstairs along with most of the furniture. It’s worth it for the chance to sit and gaze at all the works on show; we feel very honoured to be able to enjoy the fruits of countless hours of endeavour in their creation.

From here, it’s down to some final brass polishing and dusting, and we’ll be ready for the big reveal. A reminder to everyone that we don’t open until Sunday 7th (11am) but we are open on bank holiday Monday instead.
